HF Inference API down for several days — health check not completing

Hi there,
The hosted Inference API for intfloat/multilingual-e5-large-instruct has been failing health checks for several days now. The yellow indicator (“Our latest automated health check did not complete successfully”) persists, and cURL requests via the HF Inference API return errors.
I rely on this model (via n8n workflows), so could you please re-trigger the deployment or health check? It seems the endpoint is currently inactive or stuck.
