Superhero School: Values Training Welcome, cadet! Today begins your training to become a true Superhero. But remember: true superheroes are not only strong, they are kind and brave! Level 1: Super Moves (Motor Skills & Exercise): - To be strong, you have to move. - Power Jump! Jump as high as you can to touch the sky. - Lightning Speed! Run in place very fast for 10 seconds. - Steel Balance! Stand on one foot like a flamingo. How long can you hold it? Level 2: Mind Power (Emotions): - A superhero knows how to control their emotions. - Imagine you are angry like Hulk. Growl! "Grrr!" - Now, take a deep breath... 1, 2, 3. And let the air out slowly. - Now you are calm and ready to think. Calmness is a superpower. Level 3: Help Mission (Kindness & Empathy): - You hear someone crying. It's a kitten stuck in a tree. - What do you do? A) Laugh. B) Help it down carefully. C) Ignore it. - Correct! Option B. A superhero always helps those in need. Level 4: The Shield of Truth (Honesty): - You broke a vase playing with your super strength by accident. - What do you do? A) Hide the pieces. B) Blame the dog. C) Tell the truth and apologize. - Very good! Option C. The truth makes you brave and trustworthy. Level 5: Your Suit and Name (Creativity): - You passed the tests. It's time to design your identity. - What is your superhero name? (Ex: "Captain Kind", "Lightning Girl"). - What is your symbol? (A star, a heart, a lightning bolt). - What is your motto? "Helping is my mission!" Graduation: - Congratulations! You are now an official Superhero. - Your daily mission: Make someone smile today. Suggested Activities: - Make a cape with an old towel or blanket. - Draw your superhero logo and stick it on your shirt. - Do a "good deed" today (tidy up your toys, help set the table). |
