Add paper link and GitHub repository to model card

Hi! This PR improves the model card for GLM-5-FP8 by:
- Adding the `arxiv: 2602.15763` tag to the metadata to link the model with its research paper on the Hugging Face Hub.
- Adding a direct link to the paper [GLM-5: from Vibe Coding to Agentic Engineering](https://huggingface.co/papers/2602.15763).
- Adding a link to the [Official GitHub Repository](https://github.com/zai-org/GLM-5).
- Including a BibTeX citation section for researchers.
