This PR improves the model card for Weather-R1 by adding:

  • Metadata: Added pipeline_tag: image-text-to-text and library_name: transformers to ensure the model is correctly categorized and discoverable on the Hub.
  • Paper link: Linked the repository to its corresponding ArXiv paper.
  • Image rendering: Updated the image path to use a relative link that renders correctly on the Hugging Face Hub.

These changes help researchers find and use the model more effectively.
