Prompt failure

I am giving the model a prompt to act as an outbound caller and act like it is the one who has called me, but every time it ends the first line by saying how can i help you? I even mentioned in prompt that act like you have called me and never say how can i help you but still does not follow the prompt. Any suggestions?
I hope this model acts promptly
The model has not been trained on the caller mode. Only 3 modes: 1) question-answering assistant, 2) customer support, 3) general chit-chat.

We will work to make the next version of the model more like a generic LLM that takes in any system prompt.
