AI-Powered Histopathology Analysis Assistant for whole slide image analysis, segmentation, and captioning.

Usage

Environment Variables

Set these in your Hugging Face Spaces secrets:

  • GRADIO_PASSWORD: Access passcode
  • HUGGINGFACE_ACCESS_TOKEN: For accessing gated models
  • ANTHROPIC_API_KEY: For Claude LLM (optional)
  • OPENAI_API_KEY: For OpenAI models (optional)
