Will there be new models after these?

The UTTER Project website said something about it ending in September 2025. So will these be the final models produced by this project? Because I feel like these could be improved further by just adding more data like doubling the training data from 4 trillion to 8 trillion would probably help get it closer to models like Gemma 3 that's already better at Finnish than these ones.
