Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card for RESM-Mistral-7B by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation and library_name: transformers metadata for better discoverability.
• Linking the model to the associated research paper: Mix Data or Merge Models? Balancing the Helpfulness, Honesty, and Harmlessness of Large Language Model via Model Merging.
• Adding a brief model description summarizing the RESM merging method used for 3H optimization.
